Not good at solving issues in a timely manner.

I upgraded to the 1 year platinum plan and less than a month after I was charged again for a 3 month subscription. Why was I charged again if I’m already on a year plan?
On top of that, they cancelled my 1 year plan. So they took money and still cancelled my plan causing loss in revenue!
This happened yesterday and up to now the issue has not been rectified and getting help from customer service seems completely pointless. I’m disappointed in how this is handled. Now I feel as if I was robbed and conned.
