Description
CLASSIFICATION IN DIGESTIVE ENDOSCOPY – APPLICATION FOR PHYSICIANS
A useful and practical application, containing more than 150 classifications and endoscopic scores, developed to support physicians in their daily practice.
As a result of ongoing technological innovation in the field of diagnostic imaging, nowadays endoscopy can rely on an extensive classification of endoscopic presentations of the most diverse gastrointestinal diseases.
Hence, today endoscopists can easily exchange views and speak a common language with physician teams involved in patient care by providing a concise picture of the patient’s clinical situation along with adequate management of disease progress and follow-up diagnostic investigations.
The purpose of this collection of classifications and endoscopic scores is to help endoscopists prepare accurate and updated medical reports, and also to assist general practitioners, medical residents and other non-gastroenterologist specialists, who are often required to read and decipher acronyms and classifications that are not always familiar to them.
