Our daily affirmations will help you to do so.
Affirmations are short, positively formulated sentences that promote your self-confidence and inner strength. By repeating the affirmations you can change your old thought streams into new, purposeful and positive thoughts. This not only changes your thoughts, but also your actions. Every day we have about 50,000 thoughts, most of which come from your subconscious and determine your actions. That's why it's so important to train your thoughts and subconscious mind so that these actions and thoughts bring you closer to your goal and make you a little bit better every day.
In our app you can choose your affirmations from different themes, set your desired reminder time and add widgets. It's simple, no frills.
