Description
BauButler macht Schluss mit fehlenden Dokumentationen und unvollständigen Arbeitszeitnachweisen. Viele Informationen, die normalerweise auf Zetteln niedergeschrieben sind, lassen sich viel einfacher und vor allen Dingen sicherer digital verwalten. Durch diese strukturierte Kommunikation zwischen Büro und Baustellen sparst Du Zeit, Geld und somit auch Nerven.
Funktionen:
· Arbeitszeiterfassung, mobil und im Büro
· Baudokumentation mit Fotos, Aufmaßen, Textbausteinen, Freitext und Unterschriften direkt in der App
· Kunden- und Projektverwaltung mit Baustellenadresse, Ausführungszeitraum und Fotos (wie Skizzen und besonderen Hinweisen)
· Arbeitsauftragsverwaltung
· Vorplanungstafel
Die Registrierung ist über die Webseite www.baubutler.de möglich und erfordert einen gültigen Nutzungsvertrag.
