SCAM
I wish there was a zero star review. That is how much this “company” deserves. They are a complete SCAM.
First they did not give us the car we chose. They changed it last minute. When it to came to picking up the car we almost lost our flight because they were no where to be found. The costumer service is a complete waste of time with no actual answers, let alone solutions.
Secondly, on the app says no deposit, yet they make you pay A DEPOSIT and they keep lying about the refund. Even though it has passed all the deadlines THE DEPOSIT IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!!!! They keep you under pressure by saying in the next 24-48 hrs we will send you this and that. But they say this every time you ask them, and that 24-48hrs never comes.
THIRD- DO NOT PUT YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS IN THEIR APP. They will keep CHARGING your card without sending any official document. They claim they are fines but they have no proof of that. We keep checking the system and there are no fines but then suddenly we will get the notification from the bank that they CHARGED THE CARD AGAIN. Of course the answer from the costumer service is the same. Useless.
To conclude this, the experience was horrible. SCAMMERS, no accountability taken by their side for nothing. YOU WILL GET CHARGED UNTIL YOU RUN OUT OF MONEY!!!!
