I love how friendly the app is for use, the tons of restaurants and also the fact you have the opportunity to pay with cash and credit card, the customer service is very nice and always helping. 10/10

Horrible user experience

It so hard to browse for what you need. - When searching for a food the end results contain both open and closed restaurants. On the main results page there is no way to indicate which ones are open and which are closed. So this adds an extra step you need to take to understand a simple information like the restaurant working hours. Secondly, there is no filter so the user can select only “currently open” or “currently closed” or both, depending on his needs. - When searching for a food the results shown provide the name of the restaurant that will provide it, however there is no way to click the restaurant name and see their details, menu, address or whatever. These were found only using the app for 4 minutes and it was impossible to use it efficiently as these feel pretty basic features. Its more time efficient to use google maps then using this misleading app.
Unfortunately, as you said UX begins with the app features and ends with the food in my table. So all the amazing service you might have after the app features might go in vain, as poin in case i couldnt order anything throught that mess. REVIEW UPDATED IN MORE CONSTRUCTIVE WAY

For sure, we would be more happy if this review would be composed in a constructive manner. You have described it as "Horrible User Experience", but a user experience is a process that begins with the apps features, delivery performance and finishes with the customer care service. We ensure you that if you try to order through us, your opinion will change.

About the "Search Bar" is a choice for us to allow even the closed dishes to appear for the Pre-Orders. We intentionally have hided the Search Bar in the home page to guide users to scroll and not to search in order to, try new restaurants, new dishes, new tastes and new food experiences.

Weird and borderline hostile developer responses

I haven’t used the app yet, but I’m really curious on wanting to know…what happened to just saying “I’m sorry such features aren’t working for you, we’re setting to optimise them” (unless it’s absolutely necessary to replicate), instead of whoever is the manager going off at users? I’ve read the reviews and there’s nothing “emotional” nor “unconstructed” about them. If anything, y’all are just warding off people at this point…🤷‍♀️ and it doesn’t even matter if “the app is good, or the service is fine you just haven’t checked it out yet” I’m genuinely creeped out.
