1. Does it happen in incoming calls or outgoing calls?
2. Does it happen to 1 imo user or all imo users?
3. Can you send messages?
4. The exact date and time
5. One friend's and your imo number with country code, Location, Device
Possible solutions:
1. Clean cache then reboot device.
2. Switch network or use WiFi.
3. Try VPN in restricted countries and areas(e.g UAE, Jordan, Oman, Iran,Turkmenistan).
4. Upgrade new version.
