I am using this app from a year now. And still its not fixed the problem that we get notifications only for outbound transaction and not for inbound transactions. Another thing I dont like is when you try to reach an online agent outside the work hours it said “Internal error , smth like that. You can do it better and can give us the real reason.

The App can't be used without confirming the #withsign. There is no option to not put your signature online. I don't want my signature to be in the application. You should put more effort to this App and allow costumers to choose, not to obligate them about things they don't want. I will change the review if they give me an option.

I have been calling several times since i can not transfer money from primary account to prepaid card but it seems like nobody is beating an eye. Very poor customer service. Also when trying to contact the developer it says that the license has expired ages ago. This is ridiculous.
