Below you will find my first review. At first I thought I was scammed. True I could’t take the flight I wanted but at least the company fully refund me. I was contacted shortly after my first negative feedback.

I booked a flight that was within 5 hours. When I got to the airport there was no reservation with my name on that flight and there is no way to contact with them in order to give you suport or help you. My money were taken away and I find no way ro communicate with them. Don’t ever trust them or book a ticket with them. It’s a big scam.

The worst company
I have never encountered such a ridiculous event in my life, I have been waiting for my ticket to be approved for about eight hours and it says the ticket is still in process, the plane has departed, there is still about 10 minutes before the flight takes off, but the service on the phone tells me that I still need to wait, the ticket is already in operation. You made me suffer and ruined all my plans. I want a refund I'm disappointed right now they want us to wait even for the refund it's a shame to reply
They want us to do the cancellation process instead of doing it themselves.

Best deal , easy search, gret experience
Initially i had a delay on the booking and got scared that maybe it was a scam …but kiwi booked all my flights within the week and i apologize for the wrong comment i wrote in the beggining to customer service. I had very complex combination of flights and kiwi found the best deal very easily and fast. Thank you kiwi, you won a loyal customer :)
