Disappointing experience with MadMuscles customer service
Scamm!!
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Mad Muscles' customer service and billing practices. Despite multiple attempts to resolve an issue regarding unintentional multiple charges, my efforts have been ignored, and my emails remain unanswered.
I encountered a problem with the website’s interface that led to three separate charges when I intended to purchase only one service. The lack of clear navigation and the absence of a visible option to skip additional steps resulted in unintended payments. My immediate attempt to rectify this through customer service has been met with silence, showing a lack of respect and consideration for customers.
The unresponsiveness and apparent disregard for my situation have left me feeling frustrated and unfairly treated. This experience has significantly tarnished my view of Mad Muscles, an organization I once trusted. As a result, I cannot recommend their services and caution potential customers about their billing practices and poor customer support.
Regrettably, if this issue remains unaddressed, I will have no choice but to continue sharing my negative experience with others to prevent similar situations.

Can’t cancel
Worst app and support team. I can not cancel my subscription , they do not answer my email!
