Description
Shinrin-yoku is the japanese word for forest bathing. Forest bathing is the practise of being in the forest and sensing the atmosphere, scents, sounds and colors.
Being in nature is a simple form of therapy. The space under the trees is ideal for mindfulness and meditation. Sense the strength of the large trees and imagine the roots stretching down through the earth and picture the leafs are reaching for the sun and absorbing the rain
The intention with this app is to give you an experience of all the good things the nature and forest can bring you.
As an extra feature the app has a page where you can make your own Tree of Life. Make tags with some of the biggest life events you have experienced.
