Great news for those who always forget where their boarding pass is. Now you can store it digitally, in your secure and private Apple Wallet. There is no more “I have no idea where I last saw it”, because it’s always at hand. Amazing, isn’t it?
And we are always busy bees when it comes to developments and fixing some bugs.

Worst company ever
I booked tickets with carry on bags only. The measures were 30*40*20. I brought hand luggages with the requested measures but they told me that icluded is only back pack. Non sense. Is it not the same thing a back pack 30*40*20 with a 30*40*20 luggage????
The only difference it has wheels and for us with 2 little kids it is easier to carry on. Only because of their stupid policy that wants the clients have a backpack even though it may be bigger than a small luggage.
Then let’s not talk about the prices they want to make you pay. For 1 carry on luggage suposed to be included they asked us to pay 60 euros.
This is the worst flying company ever. I’ll make sure to never ever choose this company in my lifetime.
The price changes every time i see it
Even in distance of 3 minutes the flight cost changes with a more expensive fee. It is clear that they use algorithms based on the interest of the client on that route and on the many times they viewed it. It changes also for fees that are supposed to be fixed like postponing a flight that you have purchased in advance. They are often late with 2/3 hours but is the only choice Albanians have had, fortunately ryan air entered our market too. Ohh and let’s not forget about the very very rude customer service!
