You can cancel your subscription in the "Profile" - "Subscriptions" section on the website ivi.ru or in a mobile app. If the subscription was connected via the App Store, you can disable the renewal in the Apple ID. App that lives by dark patterns
Registered after I've got a promo for 1 year free subscription. When I registered and entered my card, for some reason 1 year turned out to be 1 month. Decided to cancel the subscription so that I wouldn't get charged since I don't need the subscription much anyway, I just liked the promo conditions. Immediately was told that my free month (should have been a year) goes to waste and then 5 screens of begging and trying to bargain so that I don't unsubscribe (the unsubscribe button itself is not easy to find).
Deleting the account turned out to be a time consuming task as well.
Just don't deal with these guys. Your time is worth so much more. I bet the app rating is somehow boosted by bots, look at the average review rating 😂

Hello! We understand that this is unpleasant for you. We always warn you about the terms of auto-renewal at the time of subscription. If the subscription is not up to date, you can disable it on our website or in the mobile app via: Profile → Subscriptions→ Log out of the subscription.
Not worth. Just find something else to watch movies
You pay for subscriptions and then you can pay to watch movies!!!
About 30% movies are being opened when the subscriptions are acquired!!!
Also, it started to cut the videos and skip 30 seconds. Was not able to watch a single movie with hight quality.
