Will definitely recommend. Cheap and good

Suer polite stuff. I've arrived in the middle of the night and because I just booked the room ( and because of some technical issues in the website) they didn't have an empty room but the stuff tried their best to find a roof for me with the half of the money. Then the next day they changed my room to the one which I originally booked. They have a very good location near the University of Taras Shevchenko, easy access to all the touristic destinations, right in front of the subway. There were a nice view from my window. Bathroom was clean, room was clean. the stuff changed my pillows every day. In general , service in the hotel was outstanding and special thanks for the receptionists for trying their best and solving my issue with the room in the nighttime.

BTW, they didn't have any tool in order to prepare a coffee in the room, so I had to drink it downstairs in the restaurant, which wasn't quite pleasant, since it makes things a bit difficult. The hotel was in general a bit old, but you don't feel it in case if you stay in high floors ( my first room was pretty old). Breakfasts could've been better. It was always the same during my 4 days of stay.

Enjoyed my stay

Great hotel, well located and with nice personnel. A better room was provided to me just because my room was not ready at 3pm sharp (I was ok to wait btw). The rooms are well equipped with everything you would need for your stay.

Stop trying to sell me stuff and fix your customer experience

Hands down the most annoying, needlessly stressful, buggy, "ooh let's nudge our customers to book with every idiotic marketing trick in the book" experience of any major app. Booking couldn't process my last 5 (five) payments made by 3 (three) different credit cards and I had to wait for "Your booking didn't work, here's what you can do" message every time, and there is NO WAY to contact a person to speak about it, the only thing the website has is a completely useless FAQ.

All I can say is that opening Booking is the most dreaded stage of any trip I plan.
