OTP doesn’t work
Ordered a taxi multiple times and everything was good. Today tried to order taxi from Mall of Emirates and couldn’t do that because instead of ordering a taxi for me, app was giving me some PIN that every driver (captain) that I show it to, didn’t want to accept. Okay, I tried to order business. Still, PIN instead of a car. Sad. Had to catch a taxi old way.

the worst experience I had ever with a taxi in any country.
The drivers are disrespectful, not wearing a mask.
You call them they don’t respond
2 times, two different drivers they let me wait for 7 minutes and they canceled the ride
and so much more

Driver scammed me
Driver took cash from me and charged me in the app. I wrote the support about this they told me they are sorry for this and that’s it. So I paid double the price because I was using the app for the first time.
This is a big SCAM !!!
