Bad UX
Every time I need to get footage from my dashcam, the app gives me a hard time with either connection or login issues. Every time I had to use the Forgot password button to sign in even though I have the password written down. Today, I wasn't able to sign in at all and the password couldn't even be reset, it gave me an error message in Chinese that said, “Unable to change password”
Overall, the app design is counterintuitive and hard to navigate
