Why isn't there a way to call customer service?

Mostly great. But why isn't there a way? there should be a way. Maybe I want to speak with a rep, ask a question right now or something like that.

GG has gotten horrible over time

When taxi platforms were starting to surface in Armeniaa GG Taxi was the best to use although it was a bit more expensive then the rest the cars and the drivers were much better than other taxi platforms and by using it you were supporting Armenian developers. Over time tho, the app has gotten extremely buggy, the prices have gone higher than the roof and customer care has fallen below the normal level, to the point where I order a taxi that costs 3x more than the usual amount I would pay, the driver was here I went outside the car drove away and the app showed me that I haven’t ordered a taxi. I contact customer support and the only response I got was “we will work on fixing the issue”.

Horrible price, poor consumer service and buggy application

I ordered taxi. The ride coast was 1500 dram for 2 km. I was filling the drive when I found out that he clicked that he arrived and that he started the ride, way before reaching to my address. That way adding 500 dram of waiting time and additional fees.
I called and genuinely asked driver to either cancel a ride. Or charge me with normal price, the one that I was supposed to pay. He said he has no idea what is going on. Before his arrival I end up canceling ride and provided explanation for canceling.
Some random guy is calling me with a very rude and unpleasant voice tone. And asking me not to play with their app, and that if I cancel the ride one more time they will block me.
I tried to explain the situation in which he refused to provide any clarification.
