Globbing 4+

Globbing’s customer support is horrendously incompetent. When it comes to issues all they do is just repeat scripted answers over and over again and refuse to hear your issue. My recent SuperExpress order arrived very late even though I paid $50 more for the package to arrive quickly. That was my last straw. Switching to a different shipping company.

Untrustworthy, scammer service, they don’t appreciate their customers, even VIPs, always delay delivery, customer service gives robotic responses, like wait and soon you will receive the package.
Long time ago I’ve decided yo stop using globbing services, but last month gave it another go. God, I was so so wrong…
Bought a used laptop from eBay, they delivered it, and Customs office got my package, passed 10 days, we made all the docs to go there personally and get the package as globbing said they were not able to get it from their part. The same day I’ve got a notification that finally they were able to take out the package from customs office, and within 2-3 days I will be able yo take it from their main office. Based on their main slogan - all is scam. Already passed 7 days after this, they’re telling me to wait wait wait for an unknown period. No respect for customer, their time. This company has zero values. After all I will continue to use Onex for god’s sake

At first they told me that the goods were at customs, then they called me and said that there was no need to go to customs, they would pick them up from there themselves, then they confirmed that the goods had already been taken, and in two days the goods would be available at the point of issue, then they sent a letter that the goods were at customs! They either did not answer my calls, or they said that they were checking where the goods were! The scam lasted 12 days! Today they called, they said that the goods were at customs and that I should come and pick them up myself. I was deprived the right to return the goods, since the return period indicated by the store has expired.
