They used to be good , but recently there are major issues with delivering the product in time , which is why I chose them in the first place.
Since they are taking 3 hours to deliver a product which is 7 KM’s away from my location, I think it’s irrelevant to use their services.

This company is garbage
Never use this app to order food. Their incompetence and irresponsibility will annoy you so much. First of all the food they deliver is alwasys cold. if you do not have a microwave around you then you will be forced to eat cold pizza or burger or something else. But beside that the descripition about the meals they write does not comply to the reality. I ordered a burger where there was no mentioning about cheese and mayo, which I do not consume. They delivered a burger with cheese and mayo. After I told that to the customer support they told me thats my fault and I Should have mentioned that in the allergies section but in the composition there is no cheese or mayo so why should i mention that in the allergies section. They didn’t even say sorry or tried to do something about that. The customer support of this company is zero. I deleted the app right away and will never use it again. These people are full of crap. I use yandex eats now. It is way better so far
Unprofessionals working with unprofessionals
Every time we order something there is a new problem sometimes courier is not moving for 30 minutes and after i called the courier he told me that he is not gonna deliver the order for me and its not hes business.. glovo support team is a mess and no one cares about the hungry customers waiting to get their food , all they can do is a refund and not taking any responsibility for damaged delivery as we had pizzaz delivered to us like its a sandwich they did not care and support was rude they close the chat even if you are writing !!!
