Templates
Great application. Adding transaction templates and allowing to name those will make it just perfect. For example if one is making frequent payment to an account it would be good to have a template with all the details, amount and name it, for example school payment. Other bank applications in market are offering this solution.

No Apple wallet support, terrible chat
I am IDBank USD Mastercard owner and I cannot add it to my Apple Wallet. It somehow has added to Apple ID pay method, but not to my wallet. I want to know why?
Chat app is not in the main app, and the thing is annoying and terrifying me because I have to redirect to browser and translate all the things I got there. But there were said that IDBank supports many languages, but I still can se untranslated things.
Most of time I am not near IDBank chapters neither close to Armenia, it is hard and not handy to call to information center. The most important thing to me this case is to have the opportunity communicate with bank, at least in chat!
The last thing I got yesterday was that bank was showing me banner with my card in status undefined and with zero balance, but I had one thousand USD on it. And what I need to do if it’s only thing I can pay for my purchases? Logically I have to another own another bank acc with better service, who knows what’s gonna happened?
Apple Pay
Plsssssss ADD APPLE PAY don’t lie that it will be soon U promised last year that you’ll work in the beginning of 2022 but guess what it didn’t happen So when will it be ??? U want us to pay more from your App than making easier payments for your customers C’mooon guys
