Description

“Infor HMS Hotel” allows hotels using Infor Hospitality HMS to access the application via the Apple iPad for Check in, In house, Check Out, Housekeeping Update, Fast Posting Room Charges, Concierge, Lost&Found, Work Order, Arrival/Departure and other reports.

Once the app is downloaded contact your account manager for the activation process.

You can now view, search, and sort the guest stay records by the External Confirmation Number.
You can now add the iPad device ID into HMS via the Hotel app if the device ID isn't already available.
When the property default option "Registration Card Required for Check-In" is enabled, the Hotel App will update the print count of the registration card report upon signing and submitting.
You can now use the "Attempt Copy First" feature to generate a Key in the iPad Hotel App.
You can now view the Guarantee credit card type, masked card number, and expiry date in the Hotel App.
A new checkbox, Save to Profile, is in the notes panel. When selected, the system will save the note to the guest reservation
