LOST PACKAGE_TERRIBE CUSTOMER SERVICE
We placed an order. Afterwards the app automatically changed the address to one we used before which was not available! We sent an email mentioning the issue. THE EMAIL WAS DISREGARDED. The package was sent to the wrong address and given to a STRANGER! Company’s customer service emailed us with lots of RUDE texts and refused to take any further steps saying that when the order is placed nothing is pending on their side AND DOES NOT MATTER IF WE EMAILED THEM RIGHT AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED!!!
We don’t force them to pay us BUT THE RUDE EMAILS SENT FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE TERRIBLE!
Also, we are loyal customers for almost a decade, it is important to pay the attention back to people who really are part of your INCOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
