Disappointing experience
The game itself is fun: the storyline is, although silly, quite capturing as well; the decorations of the island are beautiful and seasonal sets can be fun too. NEVERTHELESS, they started to do testings without any regard to their customers; they implemented some new algorithms and codes in DL that proved to be counterproductive; their customer service or SM admins are absolutely untrained for their job and keep getting caught in lies, being rude, censorship, and blunt disregard of others opinions; they keep offering items for real money but not only it’s too expensive but also the price is different from region to region (it’s not a minor difference either); the Detective Needed challenge and Help Wanted section keep getting worse, very directly affecting people’s desire to play JJ further. This list of disappointments keep going and piling up.
It’s such a pity that a game with so much potential is being so vastly mismanaged.
