The application helps you connect with people in the same location within a few metres' radius, whether you see them or not.
When you see them in your timeline:
1. You can wave at them secretly and they will never know unless it’s mutual!
2. You can also send a Handshake to them to let them know you’re interested in making a connection. It sends them a notification.
3. If you both wave at each other, you can chat and then finally Meet them.
