Description

This app has meditations inspired by ancient Stoicism. Each exercise is based on one chapter from the Stoic philosopher Epictetus's Enchiridion as inscribed by Arrian. Choose a particular focus, whether that be a negative emotion to work on or a positive trait. Choose specific times and dates to meditate on specific exercises and you'll receive notifications to do so.

Marcus Aurelius, the Stoic philosopher and Roman emperor, read and admired Epictetus's work. Now it is your turn to be like Marcus. Some may even say you are like a Marcus Jr.
