My Viva-MTS is a simple solution for subscribers to check account balance, recharge it, switch to tariff plans, control available services, and much more.
The app lets:

Very slow & unusable without data
The structure and design of the app are quite good, but it is very slow for some reason, taking almost 5 second to load each page of the app independent on the quality of my connection. Also, it would make sense to make it possible to use the app when I don't have data available so that I can re-charge my balance and get data (I know there is Litsk+ available but it's so much extra effort and extra 20 drams spent for no reason at all).

Worst support team
I am very disappointed with this telecom operator's services. The network coverage is incredibly poor, and I constantly experience dropped calls and slow internet speeds. But what's even worse is their customer support. I've tried reaching out multiple times regarding these issues, but the representatives are unhelpful and seem disinterested in resolving my problems. It's frustrating to pay for a service that doesn't deliver what was promised, and the lack of proper support just adds insult to injury. I will definitely be switching to a different provider as soon as possible.
