Terrible Service
This app is a joke, I’m sorry.
I can’t get verified for two days already.
First there was a server error every time I tried to submit my info and after finally submitting it I couldn’t add my card, because it takes them forever to check and give the verification.
The most ridiculous thing is I tried to contact the customer support and received an email that says “We usually answer in 15 working days” , really?

Terrible service
Very awful customer service. I’m constantly having problems with payments and cash withdrawal. Never ever had this kind of problems in anywhere, with any bank.
