Description
Servicelovers is a positive rating concept for customers who want to rate, find, and encourage good customer service.
Customers can rate and give "Digital tips" and that extra gratitude, but without extra cost, when they have had a good customer service experience.
Service employees can get the tangible recognition and “Digital Tips” to their Servicelovers profile, and can then use these tips to show their value as employees.
By receiving positive and tangible recognition, those who provide good customer service will be motivated to keep on doing a great job, and even to improve.
Another great aspect is that you can see where others have given Digital Tips, and find out who the best service employees are. This makes it easy to find out where to get the best customer service whether it's a shop, restaurant, hotel or any other service related business.
