Great app!
Great user friendly app, good service. They are constantly improving the user experience. I also wanted to suggest you guys a feature letting the driver to add change to my bonus points, when he doesn't have coins. This will increase the user's satisfaction with the drive, as well as force them to use the app more often ;)

The app is not working or everytime there is an error. Regarding the service its horrible. The drivers are very rude, cars are not clean and from cars there is a bad smell. When the order is admitted drivers are calling so much that we are getting angry, even there are drivers that even do not have money on their phone and they are calling but can not talk, so customers have to call back, why? Even when we cannot answer at that moment their just do not want to wait and are leaving without even cancelling the order, why? why? We pay for waiting. I just want to ask how you select your drivers? and Have you ever order GG taxi? have you ever seen the service provided by the drivers?

Please consider adding positive markable in the review section. After you finish a ride, there are only negative tick boxes to choose from. Yes, the star method works and you can always add a comment, but adding above mentioned feature will make the app more useful and interesting.
