Hi ther, overall i like the app. but after one of the recent updates i cannot see the recommendations of similar items whenever I click on the item. please fix it, as this was a very useful feature. i think 80% of my orders are done via recommendations

I'm sorry to say that my recent experience with Wildberries and their products was extremely disappointing. After eagerly awaiting the arrival of my package, I discovered that the box was completely empty upon opening it. As you can imagine, this was a frustrating and upsetting experience, especially given that I had paid in full for the product.

Unfortunately, my attempts to contact their customer service team were unfruitful. I received no response, and it seemed that the company was unwilling to take any responsibility for the missing product or make things right.

As much as I would like to recommend their services, based on my experience, I cannot. It's clear that Wildberries has some serious issues to work out, and I would caution anyone against purchasing their products. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reliable and trustworthy company to do business with

I have been using this app for ages and everything was good until their greed took over.
Starting from March, after the war in Ukraine I guess, they started to charge in USD which was not nice but understandable. But then they stopped doing the refunds as they should according to their policy, changing the real prices to some fake little numbers and now they have updated the app which now has deleted the entire history of purchases, all the information of the products including those I was waiting for the refund.
Now their customer service asks to provide codes of those products I don’t have anymore. Those 3 products costed me over $200. The app looks like total mess.

Disgusting attitude and greedy approach for a billion dollar company.
