Hi ther, overall i like the app. but after one of the recent updates i cannot see the recommendations of similar items whenever I click on the item. please fix it, as this was a very useful feature. i think 80% of my orders are done via recommendations

RU Я весьма не довольна услугами Wildberries. Оне говорят что при возврате товара возврат денежных средств осуществляется автоматически. Но это не правда. Я уже сем месяцев пишу им но безрезультатно. У меня было два таких случаев и в обоих случаях возврата денег не было. Последний был месяц назад. Кратко говоря некому не рекомендую покупать здесь что либо. Я не первая и уж точно не последная. Забыла сказать что программа не доработана, всё время какие-то проблемы. Уже достаточно долгое время уведомление не работает, из корзины всё пропадает, негде не видно взяли ли вы товар или нет. И это далеко не всё.
ENG I am quite dissatisfied with the services of Wildberries. They say that when returning the goods, the refund is carried out automatically. But this is not true. I have been writing to them for seven months now, but to no avail. I had two such cases and in both cases there was no refund. The last one was a month ago. In short, I would not recommend anyone to buy anything here. I'm not the first and certainly not the last. I forgot to say that the program is not finalized, there are always some problems. For quite a long time, the notification does not work, everything disappears from the basket, it is nowhere to be seen whether you have taken the goods or not. And that's not all.

I'm sorry to say that my recent experience with Wildberries and their products was extremely disappointing. After eagerly awaiting the arrival of my package, I discovered that the box was completely empty upon opening it. As you can imagine, this was a frustrating and upsetting experience, especially given that I had paid in full for the product.

Unfortunately, my attempts to contact their customer service team were unfruitful. I received no response, and it seemed that the company was unwilling to take any responsibility for the missing product or make things right.

As much as I would like to recommend their services, based on my experience, I cannot. It's clear that Wildberries has some serious issues to work out, and I would caution anyone against purchasing their products. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reliable and trustworthy company to do business with
