Like why would you make everything expensive? I tried to order something but everything is expensive like why? This company is greedy and cares about money. And I tried to order something but they are too late but they literally tried to poison me like they put something that I’m allergic to. And literally brings a order that I didn’t order. Please do something to make this company good otherwise you will get bad reviews and you don’t wanna deal with it. Bye.

Drivers don't speak local, English or Russian, lack of minimum level of communication
Most of drivers don't have minimum level of communication, and can't deliver it to your location, several times I had the same issue and refunding money definitely is not a solution when you hungry or have a guest who waiting for food.
This is really annoying, being such a big company and hiring literally everyone without making sure that drivers have minimum level of communication local, or at least most popular languages in region (English, Russian), means that you at Yandex don't care about your customers and quality.
Almost everyone who uses Yandex had a same experience, really it doesn't cares you, don't you get same feedback?
Indian couriers are ruining user experience in Armenia
This review is only about Armenia. Yandex eats was a great service, but recently they’ve started massively hiring Indian couriers that cannot perform even basic tasks.
Out of 3 deliveries 2 was awful, in first case courier thought that my name was the address and couldn’t use the map to find the right building, and I had to run around my street to find that courier. In the second case, the courier has entered the building and just handled my order to some random girl on the first floor.
I’m not hating Indian people, but these cases were really frustrating to me, probably it’s because Yandex couldn’t teach them to do their work properly.
Also I’ve had a situation, when my order was cancelled without any notification because they couldn’t find free courier, so I needed to make another order, and in the result was waiting for the food for 1.5 hours.
I’ll better switch to Glovo, pay a bit more for delivery, but have much better service.
