Horrible support team!!! Since I linked my bank card they were charging me even when I didn’t have any rides, like at all! And the support team was like “send us the dates and we will fixt the issue” but instead they had a stupid explanation and deleted all my order history so now I can’t even check how much the have stolen. First I’ve been ignoring it cus the amount wasn’t that big but they started taking amounts of my casual rides.
Very disappointed!!!!
The worst service and the riders didn’t even know the city well enough. They lie, don’t have change, disrespectful and impolite, the car models sometimes are good sometimes seems like it’s not even working properly.

They keep adding ridiculous fees for users who add their bank cards to their account. Like if you order a cab at a high-demand hour they charge you if you cancel. Sometimes no cab ever picks up your order. It’s like I should get a discount for waiting, not get charged extra.

Also, once I ordered a cab and the car was very slow, went the exact opposite way and I had to wait like +20 minutes for it to reach me. I was late, so I couldn’t wait. I was charged for canceling.

I'm deeply disappointed by my recent experience with Yandex Taxi. Their drivers' irresponsible attitude left me stranded, and their customer support's indifference only added to my frustration.

During my recent ride, the driver simply left without me, and when I tried to cancel the ride, money was deducted from my bank account. Naturally, I reached out to their customer support to rectify the situation. To my disbelief, their response was dismissive, stating that they had canceled the transaction and leaving me with no further assistance.

My primary concern wasn't the money deducted; it was about the lack of accountability and responsibility on the part of both their drivers and support team. Their unhelpful responses left me late for work, which is simply unacceptable.

I repeatedly attempted to explain that the core issue lay in their service and not just the financial aspect, but they stubbornly insisted the problem was solved and the money wasn't deducted. This experience has been nothing short of infuriating.

If there are alternative ride-hailing apps that offer better service in this city, I will never consider using Yandex Taxi again. Their lack of responsibility and poor customer support have left me with a strong desire to explore other options.
