C_Wickson Studios offers a judgment-free space for women and men of all ages, abilities and body types. We offer a wide variety of fitness classes ranging from cardio and strength training to barre and reformer Pilates. You will never experience the same-exact class, and your body will benefit from following the C_Method format that is only offered at C_Wickson. All instructors are certified and highly experienced in health, fitness, Pilates and stretch recovery. Join us today for a group class or private session.
