- Watch it as it happens, tune in and start live streaming selected TV channels via 3G/4G or WIFI.
- Missed it live, catch it later by watching a selection of the most popular shows, sport highlights, and movies on Catch Up.
- Don’t want to use mobile data to watch shows or movies, download up to 25 videos on Catch Up while on WIFI to enjoy offline later across 4 mobile devices.
- Want your own experience based on the sport, shows and movies you like to watch, setup up to 6 profiles to personalise each family members viewing experience.
- Want to plan your viewing in advance, add Catch Up items to your watchlist to come back to later or access the full 8-day TV Guide and set reminders to arrange your viewing.

Not Fair!!
I was hoping to catch all the channel emotions on the app installed on my smart tv but i cannot. And my decoder is showing E48-32. On every other devices it plays fine except on the TV. My eyes hurt from watching from the phone or Tablet. Please do something. 😭😭😭

We apologize for the experience you are having with our app. Please send a message to our Live Chat platform at https://now.dstv.com, between 07:00 and 23:00, and provide the following so we can assist: - Email address used for Streaming. - Customer/smartcard number. - ID or Passport number. - Phone number. With regards to the E48 error code, we cannot clear the E48 error on the system. The E48 error indicates that there is something faulty with either your decoder or the installation. Kindly take your decoder for testing tomorrow at your nearest DStv agency, testing is free. However, kindly first do a hard reboot on your decoder, should the error persist after the hard reboot is done, please proceed to testing. Testing is free. Please follow the below steps to reboot your decoder: - Switch the decoder off - Take out the smartcard - Take out the power plugs - Take out the LNB cable - Wait 2 minutes - Put the LNB cable back - Put the plug back on - Switch the decoder on and wait for the decoder to scan - Wait for the decoder to ask you to put in the smartcard and then put in the smartcard. *Should your smartcard be embedded in the decoder, kindly skip the smartcard steps.* Regards DStv Support Team
