Hab deine komplette Ernährungswoche im Überblick. Koche die leckeren und einfachen Rezepte die individuell auf Dich abgestimmt sind, ganz leicht und verständlich erklärt, nach. Verschiebe Mahlzeiten ganz einfach ohne Angst auf deine Ernährungsziele. Kommuniziere mit deinem Coach und gib ihm Feedback über deine Erfolge. Nutze die interaktive Einkaufsliste mit diversen Filterfunktionen und hake die eingekauften Lebensmittel ab. Ebenfalls kannst Du in der Food Blocks App ein eigenes Profilbild hochladen.
