This is one of the biggest Insurance companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It has the worst services and now to top it off, and to retain their “worst” distinction, they came up with this very bad App. The app has so many issues and should be reviewed by IOS because it does not meet their standards. I could not file a claim, I could not file a complaint, and I could not contact nobody through the app. The app is slow, keeps on resetting (where you lose all the entered data), and it also keeps on loading forever.

The app is great and has all necessary features, but not all works. I’m trying to check on my recent reimbursements status. Or to check the history of my claims but I couldn’t.
When I select the date range under health claim and press filter, nothing happen at all!! And there isn’t any other feature on the app allowing me to see my claim history/status. Plus if they refused the claim, it doesn’t show on the app the reason of refusal.
