Love it!!!

My friends tell me that I’m not fat and bla-bla-bla, which I’m not. I am a competitive gymnast and needs a little help on the abs, I saw this app and wanted to try it. I downloaded it and tried the day 1 for the abs workout, the next day at gymnastics during our strength I felt so much better and stronger. I was so surprised that it already worked so well on the first day, I thought that it was gonna be one of those things where it takes a couple weeks but I was wrong, it works on the first day. Highly recommend to others who want some abs!!!

Short workouts that are so effective

I love the short workouts so tht I’m a crunch I’m still getting in some exercise and when I have longer I do multiple categories so it seems so much more achievable. They show me what to do and let me compete w what I did the day before. I’ve tried several workout apps n this one is one I can stick with since I stay so busy.

Love it!

I really love having the choice of which section of my body I want to work out each day. I love that each one is only 5 minutes long and that they change exercises up on alternate days. I couldn’t give it 5 stars since I’ve tried over and over to upgrade and the app just won’t let me. But I still love it and it’s not costing me a penny and I still get my little workouts. As someone who doesn’t have the time or desire to go to the gym, this is perfect.
