Very nice app. Easy to follow and a good workout in a short period of time. This app is great when I travel - you can do the exercise anyplace with no special equipment.
Simple and quick
This workout is simple and quick. You can workout anywhere, any time. Doesn't require an expensive gym membership or complicated equipment...just your ipad (or other apple device), some space, and seven minutes...plus cool down. It's great!!
