A Seeker's Journey (by Greg Turek) is an exploration of the interface between the physical world and the supernatural and spiritual.
The author moves from classical scientific phenomena, evolution, the bizarre discoveries in quantum physics and Einsteins relativity theory to religion, yoga, mysticism, kundalini and self realisation.
The book also explores meditation and how we can access a state of true meditation or mental silence through the practice of Sahaja Yoga Meditation as taught by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.

A must read for those with questions
I came across this while looking for meditation apps. This is absolutely a must read if, like me, you have spent years wondering why things are the way they are. What else is there? Why are people suffering if God loves us? Why is the world getting worse instead of better considering our forced college educations, technical and medical advancements and religious affiliations? This little book makes you think and gives you hope. It tied up a lot of loose ends for me and gave me some peace of mind. Not bad for something that is free. If your particular religon caused you to leave because it didn't make any sense to you, made you feel left out, didn't give you the answers you needed, left you bitter or turned you into an agnostic or athiest, this is for you. It may open your eyes to a whole universe of new possiblities. But, if it doesn't, you've spent nothing but the short time needed to read it.
It is amazing as the movie, "Phenomena". Currently I am in the Self-realisation stage. I hope to become a whole different and new person. I am also mildy autism so I see everything in a different way so perhaps I would ascend higher enough to discover something new and I shall share it with everybody. Knowledges must be shared. Anyway, this is easily 5 stars. Well deserved.
A rational view on the irrational
An inspiring read. I love that this book is free. It was answering many of the questions I had. It makes me want to further my journey even more! You fear what you don't know and this helped to better my insight. I'm so looking for to my self realization and enlightenment! Thank you!!
