Installation OK, Heli physics poor.

I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to easily install and run on MacOS with Apple Silicon. Used an old InterLink DX controller no problem. A bit of a dance on setting up channels and switches but all running fine in the end. My major beef as a 3D heli pilot is that the physics are extremely poor. Not a single one of the included Heli models behaves even close to its real life counterparts. Operation is fine for teaching basic maneuvers/orientation skills but is pretty miserable at any moving pirouetting maneuvers. Even very poor at tail down funnels. Hoping for someone there to retune it all properly.

I have been using this program for many years. V10 has only 2 warbirds, a large P-38 and a full scale P51. There used to be many many more, and these two models do not do the trick. They want me to buy the $50 expansion pack, but even that seems very limited. I would be done with this app if it weren't the only game in town for Mac.Edit: the models I miss most from Aerofly 8 that are not in 10 include the BF109E, the E-flite UMX Beast, the 4fU Corsair, the FW190, the P40E, and the Spitfire MK9.Edit 2: I received this from the developer yesterday, which contradicts the response posted on my review: "The aircraft in RC8 are not compatible with RC10 due to coding differences. You have to purchase them separately in RC10."Edit 3: So I have to re-buy the expansion pack every time I upgrade? Look, I like the program, I just think it's wrong to do this, and blame it on me, the customer, for "not understanding" that I have to keep re-buying the models every time I give more money to the company to upgrade.

Like we mentoned before, all models in RC 8 are also in RC 10 plus 30 more models. However the base package contains 100 models. To access all 300+ models you can purchase the optional Expansion Packs. So we haven't removd anything, we have just offered different possiblities for user who don't need all 300 models. For example the Corsair, P40E and the Spitfire are in the Expansion Pack 2.Additional note: Unfortunately there is no way for us to offer upgrades in the Mac App Store, sorry. It's a technical limitation which might improve over the years but right now no software developer can offer upgrades.

I’d give it a ZERO if I could. I wanted a flight simulator easy to install and use. I have a Spektrum DX6e transmitter and the WS2000 USB wifi connector. Tried to bind the transmitter to the computer and it will not work. Contacted customer service of Aerofly RC10. Was told I have to buy a different connector and from Spektrum a receiver to make it work. I wished I could get my money back from Apple for this app. I will not be using it. It is junk

Connected with USB-C cable, found the setting in the TX for USB-C, and started flying (crashing) immediately. Which is the whole point. The low reviews made me wonder if somehow it didn’t work, but it works just fine.
