AgiMiTo ist ein Framework zum Vertiefen sozialer Kompetenzen in agilen Teams. Dabei werden interaktive Übungen und Inputs in Sprints eingebaut.
So hat das Developer Team die Möglichkeit, sich im gewohnten Umfeld in sozialer Kompetenz weiter zu entwickeln und der Scrum Master bekommt ausreichend Unterstützung, um die Lernumgebung dafür zu schaffen.
Mit der Agilen Microsession Toolbox (kurz AgiMiTo) werden Konzepte, Inhalte, sowie Übungen für das Scrumteam zur Verfügung gestellt. In einem Workshop arbeiten wir mit dem Scrum Master am individualisierten Vermittlungskonzept und stärken ihn in seiner Arbeit mit dem Developer Team.
