Support doesn’t contact back
We tried to list a resort that sleeps around 500 guests, and we have been trying to get in touch with Agoda support for over three months and nothing is getting done, nobody responded on any of our inquiries, nor our Siteminder partners were able to get in touch with anyone to connect the resort.
Unorganized 4-5 different portals, website is full of bugs, and terrible customer support team.
WALK AWAY and save yourself time. I hope they will be changing this, this is terrible.

Credit card details
This app would be so useful if you are able to see the credit card details on the app instead of only on the extra net. Expedia you can view credit card details on the app and it’s so easy.
