I just want to say this app has been nothing but pure amazing, I truly appreciate everything it has helped me when I can’t think of the words especially for my job, and personal life. It’s helped my communication skills!The one thing I noticed is I got charged the fee today on Saturday 8/12 rather than Monday and this was after I got charged on Monday 8/4 did I get double charged or is this glitch?

I went through all the work of creating a document and making additions, according to my needs through six edits and no matter what I did, there was no ability to copy and paste it. So I first did my due diligence to try to reach out to customer support for options and as soon as I realize there is no contact information for customer support I reached out to my bank to dispute the transaction. Save yourself the hassle, no matter how beautifully writtenif you can’t actually remove it from the page it’s an effective

This application starts with an offer for three days free trial as soon as you click that free trial within one hour it will charge you for a full week and then refuse to refund your money so if that being said, I decided since they already charged me to give me my money back I would just use the app for a week because I paid for it. Well it lets you respond three times to the AI and then it makes it to where you have to start your whole conversation over again so basically it’s a rip off
