Waste of time and money!!

After reading all the iffy reviews I decided to give it a try anyway, well I’ve had these cameras installed outdoors for a few months now and it’s a complete waste!! I’ve never been more frustrated or disappointed ina product like I am with this one.. The camera is always disconnecting, ( saying error connecting )download and view options are impossible to use and the camera freezes constantly.. I would not recommend these cameras to anyone!! Extremely dissatisfied customer

At first try, it connect and then disconnect like every 2 seconds or won’t even find the camera on my network, which is the same experience everyone here left a negative review for. But I insisted for an hour and then figure it out. If you connect the doorbell directly to your WiFi and have the same problem simply delete your network from the app, reset the doorbell camera. There’s a reset button in the back of the doorbell camera. Connect the WiFi extender to your WiFi network and then connect the doorbell camera ONLY to the WiFi extender NOT your WiFi network and all the problems everyone is experiencing in these reviews will then be history. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

I can't get this thing to work bought a WiFi extender.. still no luck! Called their support and if you can't get your WiFi which I have as about as high as you can get and still this thing only connects up to 30% !! It's just not worth all the aggravation🥺I only gave it a three because it will work 1/3 of the time🤷‍♀️ BUMMER!! All that money for Nothing!

These cameras I purchased about a month ago or 2 and I decided to put one in my house and the other outside my house and so it has unfortunately bad issues, like when I’m recording and I try to press the button to stop recording and save it,,... it doesn’t save, voice goes in and not and it has a lot of issues and was even a bit dificulte to connect. NOT Recommended do you’re research before purchasing. This one is a NO GO! Stay away from it.
