Does good job on system audio
The free one is the same except you are limited to 45 seconds of record time.
Records system audio just fine in Mp3 format Didnt try the M4a or Wav formats.
So when your streaming something through iTunes from the net it captures it fine.
Haven’t tried the Mic recorder.
If you change save folders it doesnt remember next time you load it.
I don’t like the large User Interface, hope they make a smaller one
Works good!
I've had Greatdy audio system for forever and don't remember it all that difficult to install. Greatdy allows one to record anything they hear thru their computer speakers or headphones. With this app you can record anything that you can hear on your computer. Set whatecer quality you wish, 64, 128 or 256 and click record. Simple as that. 1:1 quality. What you hear is what you get.
Need Additional Plugin
Description does not state you MUST download and install a 3rd party plugin from some sketchy site in order to record from anything but the microphone. If you look at the photos above the “source” is “Greatdy System Audio” For the short while I played with it I also could not get it to automatically split songs into separate tracks. Would be disapointed if free, wrote a review now they have my $8.00.
