Good but more instructions would be great
The exercise routines are well put together and easy to understand. My question is there’s no guidance on how often to do each routine. For example I am currently doing the MA40, which is made up of nine videos and is supposed to be an eight week program. How often do I do each of the nine videos? Is it one video three times a week and then on to the next or do I mix them up?
UPDATE: increased to 4 stars. The developer replied and sent me a PDF of the training guide for MA40. Great customer service.
Update 2: Back down to three stars. Video number 6 and video number 8 in the MA40 program are the same. Video number eight is supposed to be ","the move session but instead it is video number 6 "the muscle maker.". There is no "the move session" video.

Probably the Perfect Fitness App
No joke this app has changed my life. Before All Out I had no motivation to make healthy choices and no excitement to drive positive change for myself. I was slumped on my couch housing sourdough pretzels and pop and watching episode after episode of Say Yes to the Dress. Rock bottom. A friend recommended All Out because they knew gym memberships intimidated me and wanted to suggest something flexible and accessible. All Out has reversed my outlook. The workouts are scaleable, challenging, and adaptable. The training is precise and instructive. The UI is smooth and intuitive. The production is amazing and professional and there’s enough variety to keep me engaged and active past the point of New Year’s Resolution. An essential app for anyone looking to make a change today!
App needs more updates
I’m an annual subscriber and I baffled as to why the full program guide isn’t a full program guide. It gives Monday-Friday work outs which seem to coincide with the 1st 5 videos but what do videos 6-10 coincide with? Also there is no explanation as to wether to do workouts 1-5 in week 1 and 6-10 in week 2 and then back to workouts 1-5. Things could be a lot more clear. As a paying subscriber I would hope for more clarity!
