Add call to action on the Notes tab to try alto.index.

Many internal changes - redid code to show floating buttons. The app now only works with Apple Notes. I'm going to add more Apple Notes specific features soon.

Minor styling updates.

Removing everything not related to Apple Notes. Most of the functionality is available in my other apps: alto.start, alto.mail and alto.photos. Keeping just Apple Notes here. It will enable me to add new Notes specific features.
