アンス は子育て中のママ・パパが、保健師や臨床心理士などの「専門家」や、同じような悩みを経験した「先輩ママ・パパ」に今すぐ相談できるアプリです。
（発達障害の子育てのお悩みもご相談いただけます。）
相談方法は以下の２つがあります。
● オンラインとなっている専門家や先輩ママ・パパと、今すぐに通話で相談できる機能
● 悩みを書いて投稿し、それに対して専門家や先輩ママ・パパが文面にて返答する機能（無料）
また、相談を受ける「先輩ママ パパ」については、心理士の監修のもと作り上げた聞き手としてのリテラシーである『アンサーリテラシー』をクリアした方のみ認める形式となっており、悩み相談の掲示板やSNSなどでありがちな、心無い返答やトラブルを防ぎ、安心できる心地よい相談環境にしました。

『AnS アンス』は、既存のカウンセリングサービスで浮き彫りになった、育児中特有の課題である「事前予約がむずかしいこと」を解決した、全く新しい子育て相談アプリです。
Countel の旧育児相談サービス『Countel Baby カウンテルベイビー』（https://www.countel.net/countel-baby）を運営していく中で、多くのお母さま方より「利用してみたいが先の予定が読みにくい子育て中は特に、事前に日時を予約することがむずかしい」とのご意見をいただきました。小さなお子さまの子育て中では、突然泣き始めてしまったり、体調を崩してしまったり、予約したその時間が本当に空いているのかは定かではありません。
そこでこちらのご意見を真摯に受け止め、新たに事前の予約が不要で、相談したいその時に今すぐ話せるアプリ『AnS アンス』を開発しました。
