Wellness is the first mental health journal of its kind. It's the only app to privately keep your moods and health data in one place. It has everything you need to keep track of your mental health.
You can track the medications, vitamins, and supplements you're taking.
You can see your Health data from other apps:

- Activity (Apple Watch required)
- and we keep adding more!
Best of all, no sign up required! Wellness is totally private.
Wellness is regularly featured in the App Store and our customers love it! Here's what they have to say:
"I never rate anything. Ever. And I’m a bit of an app collector. I have only been using the free version of this app and not only does it do exactly what it should but it’s the only one I’ve found that does it for free. Actually this app does for free what many don’t even achieve in premium."

"This is the perfect way to track my mood and I haven’t missed my meds since I got it. I have depression and my parents are always asking how I’ve been and I never really remember and so this app is perfect!"

# Always know how you've been feeling
With Wellness, you'll always have the data to describe how you've been feeling. The mood chart shows your moods over time, so you can see every change in your mood — big or small.
# Understand your medication use
Some medications help, some don't. Wellness knows when you plan to take your medication and remembers when you haven't, painting a clearer picture of your adherence.
# See your overall health
When you connect Wellness with Apple Health, you'll see health data from your other apps in your timeline. Wellness can even check in with you when new data arrives, so you can see connections between your moods and sleep, workouts, mindfulness, period cycles, and blood sugar.
# Private and secured with your touch
Your mood, medication, and health history is sensitive information. You can always secure your data in Wellness with Face ID or Touch ID and a passcode.
**Wellness is always free to use to track your mood cycles.**

Everything it should be
I never rate anything. Ever. And I’m a bit of an app collector. I have only been using the free version of this app and not only does it do exactly what it should but it’s the only one I’ve found that does it for free. Actually this app does for free what many don’t even achieve in premium. There is a premium version (which I haven’t tried yet) but I most likely will in the near future entirely because of how much they give you for free. This app has a lovely design and is so easy to use. I’m grateful I found this app, it has been so helpful. Totally recommend trying it. Free versus premium aside, I tried about 15 mood tracking apps and this was the winner. Thanks developers!
Great and simple
Update: There is a bug where you can’t delete current reminders; when you try to the app crashes.
It’s a well designed straight forward app. One thing that the app needs though. Is different statistical charts and graphs based on the moods inputed everyday. For example a graph showing what mood was inputed the most, and a calendar view that portrays different colors for each date based on the average mood of that day. I think these additions would make this an absolutely incredible app. Everything else is amazing, from the ui design to the health utilities. Thank you for making such a beautiful app. I hope to see many great updates in the future.
Developer Response ,
Thank you for writing a review, they really help out our tiny team a lot.
Firstly, I wanted to let you know that we've fixed the bug that made the Wellness crash when deleting reminders.
Secondly, we're working on some great new features that will help provide more insight into the causes of mood fluctuations among other great new features in the next few weeks and months.
We're excited to share them with you.
Until then, feel free to get in touch with us in the all new and streamlined Wellness support in Wellness 1.2 by going to Wellness > Settings > Support
P.S. Wellness 1.2 has some great new features and improvements worth checking out!
Apple Watch App Doesn't Work [Update]
The watch app has been capable of recording a medication for some time now, but initially it wasn't syncing properly with the phone, so I haven't used it since.
Improvements are continously made, a recent one being the ability to modify the time a medication was taken (which was a response to users' feedback).
The developer is very responsive, I've had conversations with him twice now, and his responses are normally within mere hours. There's also an in app chat feature that allows you to contact the developer.

Just stopping by to let you know that Wellness Mini, the all new Wellness app for Apple Watch is now available in the App Store! It's *so* much better in every way imaginable and we hope you agree.
We've worked hard on making it a great experience, so if you experience any trouble whatsoever with Wellness, please drop us a line in the all new, streamlined Wellness Support. Go to Wellness > Settings > Support and we'll get right on it.
I'm really sorry Wellness on Apple Watch isn't working as expected for you. I understand that a paid feature in the Wellness should be held to a high quality standard and should work as expected every time. We're wrapping up work on a brand new Apple Watch app that not only addresses this issue but also includes many more features (like mood tracking!) and we expect to release it later this week.
I hope you can bear with us for a little longer :)
